Each system comes complete with CombiTorque®, Original Piezon® handpiece and Steribox. Regardless of application, each system delivers excellence, efficacy and success: a Basic system complete with five EMS Swiss Instruments Surgery and a variety of optional systems for tooth extractions, retrograde tooth preparations, procedures on the bone, periodontal treatment, sinus lift and implant site preparation.

For alveolar ridge splitting, atraumatic vertical bone incision and sensitive osteotomy:
• Separates the bone atraumatically in the upper as well as lower jar
• A conical tip stretches the bone for a lower risk of fracture even when highly mineralized

For bone transplantation and atraumatic horizontal bone incision
• Prepares the lateral incision when bone walls are thick
• Ideal for atraumatic osteotomy and preparing extra-small incisions

For atraumatic bone osteotomy
• Prepares the incision to Schneider’s membrane on thin bone walls
• No risk of damage even in sensitive areas
• Ideal for difficult horizontal incisions

For detaching Scheider’s membrane during sinus lift
• Safely detaches Schneider’s membrane in a circular fashion around the incision
• Minimal risk of perforation between membrane and bone wall
• Gentle movement for enhanced safety

For harvesting bone particles or chips as well as autogenous bone
• Easily collects bone chips with an ideal grain size of 500 µm
• Ideal for sinus lift in areas with difficult access
